About Me
I'm Selan, and I'm a recently-graduated Creative Writing major with a minor in Japanese. I enjoy long walks in cold weather and places that aren't Florida. I dislike pollen, Halo and people who take themselves too seriously. My hobbies include writing, drawing, yelling at Photoshop to hurry up and playing video games.
I spend most of my time drawing and writing, and I'm working to become a high school teacher. I'd like to publish a novel someday. Someone ought to give me a TV deal.
I get carried away sometimes. I talk at length about things nobody cares about. I will never win a Pulitzer. I have an ego the size of a Zeppelin.
I'm working on a few projects right now. First among them is EvilFTW, a webstory about villains in a superhero setting. I also write its webcomic version, which is right here, although the art is done by Hihoshi. I'm also working on the first in a series of fantasy novels entitled 'Practical Heroism'. It follows the exploits of two adventurers, a cynical young wizard and a sheltered middle-aged alchemist, as they travel the world on a divine quest. I also dabble in the occasional short story or fanfic.
